Savoury Dining

The journey begins with a group of Vietnamese Australians passionate
about bringing the essence of Viet cuisine to Australia. Originally it was
named The Savoury Dining with All you can eat concept with three stores
in Sydney, the founders then realised the confusion in the branding design,
communications and offers, which was hard for the customers to
understand what the brand had to offer and fully enjoy the truly Viet
cuisine. They decided to re-brand, starting by changing its name to
Savoury Dining, applying the new concept Street Foods | Set Menu & Viet
Signature, and delivering the generation passed on recipes with a modern
touch, from zinging street food to the finest flavours.
